视网膜激光光凝术联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对新生血管性青光眼患者视力水平的影响

Effect of retinal laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept on visual acuity of patients with neovascular glaucoma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨视网膜激光光凝术联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对新生血管性青光眼患者视力水平的影响。 方法 将90例新生血管性青光眼患者随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施视网膜激光光凝术治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、视力水平、不良反应及生活质量。 结果 治疗后,观察组眼压、视野缺损、视网膜静脉循环时间、视神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视力恢复水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组眼压升高、头晕、视力模糊加剧、脉络膜脱离、前房出血、结膜水肿的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 视网膜激光光凝术联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗新生血管性青光眼患者安全、有效,可提高患者视力水平及生活质量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of retinal laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept on visual acuity of patients with neovascular glaucoma. Methods Ninety patients with neovascular glaucoma were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45). The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic efficiency, visual acuity, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the intraocular pressure, visual field defect, circulation time of retinal veins and thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence rates of increased intraocular pressure, dizziness, aggravation of blurred vision, choroidal detachment, anterior chamber hemorrhage and conjunctival edema in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of quality of life after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Retinal laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with neovascular glaucoma, which can improve the visual acuity and quality of life.
