Abstract:
Objective To explore value of group management during
in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)cycle.
Methods A total of 10 210 IVF-ET patients received in our center from May 2015 to April 2016 given overall management were selected as control group, and 13 812 patients from May 2016 to April 2017 given group management were included in observation group. Management effects and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the number of visits increased significantly in the morning, patients' waiting time and staff's extended working hours were significantly shortened(
P<0.01), and the overall satisfaction degree score in the observation group was greatly improved(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Group management can obviously improve the work efficiency in IVF-ET cycle management, and improve the treatment efficacy and satisfaction degree.
