Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing intervention in the whole process of oocyte retrieval of
in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.
Methods A total of 72 cases with oocyte retrieval of
in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer that were in accordance with inclusion criteria were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The routine group adopted general nursing method, and the observation group received whole course quality nursing intervention. Nursing effect related indicators between the two groups were compared.
Results The rate of successful pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(86.1% vs. 63.9%,
P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions after embryo transplantation in the observation group was 11.1%, which was significantly lower than 33.3% in the routine group(
P<0.05); the satisfaction towards nursing services in the observation group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than 72.2% in the routine group(
P<0.05). The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the routine group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Quality nursing intervention has ideal efficacy in the whole process of oocyte retrieval of
in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.
