慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的氧化应激改变与诊疗研究进展

Research progress in changes of oxidative stress and diagnosis as well as treatment in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients

  • 摘要: 本研究对氧化剂来源、氧化应激作用机制、氧化应激对蛋白酶的影响、氧化应激的全身效应进行了基本阐述,指出氧化应激对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的重要性。此外,本研究介绍了氧化应激的治疗方法,包括基因治疗、抗氧化剂治疗、维生素治疗、盐酸氨溴索治疗以及其他治疗方法。COPD发病机制与氧化应激有显著相关性,抗氧化治疗能够改善COPD患者的肺功能及生活质量,显著控制病情。

     

    Abstract: This paper expounded the sources of oxidants, the mechanism of oxidative stress, the effect of oxidative stress on protease, and the systemic effects of oxidative stress, and then pointed out the importance of oxidative stress on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Besides, this paper introduced the treatment methods of oxidative stress, including gene therapy, antioxidant therapy, vitamin therapy, ambroxol hydrochloride treatment and other treatment methods. The pathogenesis of COPD is closely related to oxidative stress. Antioxidant treatment can improve the lung function and quality of life of COPD patients and their conditions can be significantly controlled.
