Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of liquid dressing combined with silver-zinc cream in nursing of patients with incontinence dermatitis.
Methods A total of 80 patients with incontinent dermatitis were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was applied with silver zinc cream on the basis of routine care. The observation group was combined with liquid dressing care on the basis of the control group, the curative effect and healing time of skin lesions were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group, and the average healing time of skin lesions in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The liquid dressing combined with silver-zinc cream has a significant nursing effect for patients with incontinence dermatitis, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and shorten the healing time of skin lesions.
