Abstract:
Bronchodilators are kinds of drugs that can resist bronchial contraction, dilate bronchial smooth muscle(ASM), reverse airway obstruction and relieve airway stenosis, and have been playing a key role in the treatment of airflow restricted lung diseases such as bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Rational use of bronchodilators can reduce drug-related adverse reactions, improve the clinical symptoms, and enhance the quality of life. Therefore, it is of great significance for patients with airflow restricted pulmonary disease.
