  • 摘要: 目的 探讨银杏达莫注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者左室射血分数(LVEF)及血清B型利钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。 方法 将80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银杏达莫注射液治疗。治疗2周后,比较2组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、LVEF和BNP水平。 结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.00%, 高于对照组的77.50%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 2组LVEF均升高,且观察组高于对照组; 2组BNP水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能,降低血清BNP水平,安全性良好。
    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, LVEF and BNP levels of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05); LVEF was significantly increased in both groups, and it was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05); BNP levels in both groups were significantly decreased, and it was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection can effectively improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure, reduce serum BNP levels, and it is a safe and effective treatment.
