Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels in patients with chronic heart failure.
Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, LVEF and BNP levels of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group(
P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(
P>0.05); LVEF was significantly increased in both groups, and it was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(
P<0.05); BNP levels in both groups were significantly decreased, and it was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection can effectively improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure, reduce serum BNP levels, and it is a safe and effective treatment.
