眼前节生物参数测量的研究进展

Research progress in measurement of biological parameters of anterior segment

  • 摘要: 准确的眼前节生物参数测量对精确的屈光手术、白内障手术、青光眼的诊治等都有重要的参考价值。近年来,眼前节生物参数测量仪器发展迅速,由裂隙灯检查到超声生物显微镜(UBM)、前节光学断层扫描(AS-OCT)、眼前节生物测量仪Lenstar LS900和三维眼前节分析系统Pentacam等,测量的数据越来越丰富,精确度也有所提高。本研究对临床上常使用的几种眼前节参数测量仪器的原理、特点及临床应用进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Accurate measurement of biological parameters of anterior segment has an important reference value for accurate refractive surgery, cataract surgery, and diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. In recent years, the instruments for measurement of biological parameters of anterior segment have developed rapidly from slit lamp examination to ultrasonic biomicroscope(UBM), anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT), optical biometry measurement device(Lenstar LS900)and equipment of Pentacam. With the development of instruments, the measurement data is more and more abundant, and the accuracy is also improved. In this study, the principles, characteristics and clinical applications of several commonly used instruments for measurement of biological parameters of anterior segment are reviewed.
