Effect observation of ironing therapy with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of patients with postprandial discomfort functional dyspepsia

摘要: 目的 探讨中药外敷烫熨疗法治疗餐后不适功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。 方法 选取本院接受治疗的餐后不适FD患者100例,采用随机数表法分为对照1组33例、对照2组33例、观察组34例。对照1组予以中药外敷烫熨治疗,对照2组予以口服中药治疗,观察组予以中药外敷烫熨联合口服中药治疗,比较3组临床疗效、中医症候积分。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%, 高于对照1组的78.79%与对照2组的81.82%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组中医症候积分低于对照1组与对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 餐后不适FD患者采用中药外敷烫熨疗法联合口服中药治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者各项临床症状。Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of ironing therapy with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of patients with postprandial discomfort functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods Totally 100 patients with postprandial discomfort FD were selected and randomly divided into control group 1(n=33), control group 2(n=33)and observation group(n=34). The control group 1 was treated by ironing therapy with external application of traditional Chinese medicine, the control group 2 orally administrated traditional Chinese drugs, and the observation group was treated with combined therapy of the control groups 1 and 2. The clinical efficacy and scores of TCM symptoms were compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than 78.79% of the control group 1 and 81.82% of the control group 2(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of traditipnal chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control groups 1 and 2(P<0.05). Conclusion Ironing therapy with external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with orally taken of tradition Chinese drugs is effective in treatment of FD patients with postprandial discomfort, which can effectively improve the various clinical symptoms of patients.
