摘要: 目的观察中药穴位贴敷联合手指点穴治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取咳嗽患儿200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用中药穴位贴敷治疗辅以手指点穴治疗。比较2组的治疗效果、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合手指点穴治疗小儿咳嗽疗效显著,可有效改善患儿咳嗽症状。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application with traditional Chinese medicine combined with pressing acupoints by fingers in treatment of children with cough. Methods Totally 200 children with cough were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, while the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and pressing acupoints by fingers. The therapeutic effect, disappearance time of cough, disappearance time of lung rales and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The disappearance time of cough and lung rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pressing acupoints by fingers is effective in the treatment of children with cough, which can effectively improve the cough symptoms of children.
