Abstract: There was one breast cancer case with fertility need undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy given goserelin during chemotherapy in order to preserve her fertility, and the patient was monitored and followed up for a long time. Menstruation of the patient was irregular during chemotherapy and almost returned to normal about half a month after surgery. When using this treatment, doctors should pay close attention to the efficacy of chemotherapy in the patient, and pharmacists should monitor the efficacy and safety of medication for a long time.
