Characteristics of electrical impedance tomography in healthy people and its normal range

  • 摘要:
      目的  探讨北京地区健康志愿者肺组织的电阻抗层析成像(EIT)测量值的正常范围。
      方法  采用分层抽样方法选取102例健康志愿者(男、女志愿者各51例),分别收集其坐位、仰卧位时平静呼吸和最大呼吸状态下的总阻抗(GI)和阻抗区域(ROI)。分析不同年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)和其他分层因素的阻抗值范围。
      结果  无论男性或女性,在最大呼吸状态下,GI和ROI值均高于平静呼吸状态;男性GI和ROI均高于女性(卧位平静呼吸状态下除外)。在4个ROI中,无论男性或女性,ROI2和ROI3占GI比率较高。
      结论  本研究测得了北京地区健康志愿者EIT的基础范围值,可作为EIT系统研究和临床使用的参考依据。
    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the normal range of electrical impedance tomography (EIT) measurements in lung tissue of healthy volunteers in Beijing area.
      Methods  A total of 102 healthy volunteers (51 males and 51 females) were selected by stratified sampling method, and global impedance (GI) as well as region of interest (ROI) were collected for calm breathing and maximum breathing in sitting and supine positions, respectively. Impedance ranges for age, sex, body mass index (BMI) and other stratified factors were analyzed.
      Results  The GI and ROI of both males and females in maximal breathing state were higher than those in calm breathing state. The GI and ROI of males were higher than that of females (except in the decubitus position with calm breathing). In four ROIs, ROI2 and ROI3 accounted for higher proportions of GI in both males and females.
      Conclusion  The basic range values of EIT in healthy volunteers in Beijing area are measured in this study, which can be used as a reference for EIT system research and clinical use.
