脉搏波传导速度评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者动脉僵硬度的研究进展

Research progress on evaluation of arterial stiffness by pulse wave velocity in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

  • 摘要: 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种由上呼吸道塌陷引起睡眠过程中反复呼吸暂停和低通气的睡眠障碍性疾病。OSAHS患者动脉僵硬度增加是动脉粥样硬化疾病的高危因素。脉搏波传导速度(PWV)是检测动脉僵硬度的可靠方法,可为早期筛查动脉粥样硬化疾病提供科学依据。本文对OSAHS与动脉僵硬的关系、PWV检测方法以及PWV在OSAHS患者动脉僵硬检测中的应用进展等方面进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a sleep disorder caused by collapse of upper airways, which causes repeated apnea and hypopnea during sleep. Increased arterial stiffness is a high risk factor for atherosclerosis in patients with OSAHS. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) is the reliable method to detect arterial stiffness, which can provide a scientific basis for early screening of atherosclerotic diseases. In this review, the relationship between OSAHS and arterial stiffness, the detection methods of PWV and the application progress of PWV in the detection of arterial stiffness in patients with OSAHS were reviewed.
