Abstract:
Object To explore the clinical effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept combined with clinical nursing pathway(CNP)model on related rehabilitation indexes and mental state of patients with gastric cancer.
Methods A total of 200 patients with gastric cancer who accepted surgical treatment were randomly divided into control group (130 patients) and observation group (70 patients). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with ERAS concept combined with CNP model nursing intervention on the base of routine nursing. The relevant rehabilitation indexes and psychological status of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared.
Results After nursing, total protein levels, hemoglobin levels, prealbumin and transferrin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the first time of food intake and exhaust time, recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time were shorter than those in the control group, role function score, body function evaluation, social function, emotional function score were higher than those in the control group, postoperative anxiety score and depression score were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion ERAS concept combined with CNP model has important clinical significance in the clinical nursing of gastric cancer patients, which can significantly improve postoperative rehabilitation indicators and psychological status, and improve the quality of life after discharge.
