间充质干细胞在神经病理性疼痛中的作用及机制研究

Role and mechanism of mesenchymal stemcells in neuropathic pain

  • 摘要: 神经病理性疼痛(NP)是由中枢或周围神经系统损伤或疾病引起的疼痛,其特征为自发性疼痛、痛觉过敏、异常疼痛和感觉异常等。临床医生常根据临床经验和临床试验结果治疗NP, 但许多患者的疼痛并未得到足够缓解,故NP的治疗仍然具有挑战性。间充质干细胞(MSC)是中胚层来源的多能干细胞,可从许多成体组织中分离出来,具有免疫调节、抗细胞凋亡、组织重塑和血管生成等作用。本文对MSC在NP中的作用及机制进行综述,以期为NP治疗提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Neuropathic pain (NP) is caused by injury of central or peripheral nervous system or diseases, and characterized by spontaneous pain, hyperalgesia, abnormal pain and paresthesia. Treatment of NP remains a challenge because many patients do not receive adequate pain relief based on treatment of clinical experience and clinical trial results. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are mesenchymal derived pluripotent stem cells that can be isolated from many adult tissues. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) have immunomodulatory, anti-apoptotic, tissue remodeling, and angiogenic effects. This article reviewed the roles and mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells in NP, providing new ideas for NP treatment.
