Abstract:
Bone tuberculosis is bone necrosis or bone resorption caused by
Mycobacterium tuberculosis invading bone through blood and lymphatic system from respiratory tract and digestive tract. At present, the formation of bone tuberculosis is related to human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes and non-HLA genes. Non-HLA genes include vitamin D genes related to bone metabolism, cytokine genes, and transcription factor genes and so on. This article summarized the related researches of non-HLA genes in bone tuberculosis susceptibility in recent years, discussed the significance and controversial content of the existence of non-HLA genes in order to provide reference for the researches of bone tuberculosis.
