骨结核易感性与非人类白细胞抗原基因的研究进展

Research progress of bone tuberculosis susceptibility and non-human leukocyte antigen genes

  • 摘要: 骨结核是由结核分枝杆菌通过呼吸道、消化道等经血液和淋巴系统侵入骨而引起的骨坏死或骨吸收。目前, 骨结核的形成与人类白细胞抗原(HLA)基因和非HLA基因相关。非HLA基因包括与骨骼代谢有关的维生素D基因、细胞因子基因、转录因子基因等。本研究对近年来非HLA基因在骨结核易感性方面的相关研究进行综述,讨论非HLA基因存在的意义及争议内容,以期对骨结核的研究提供更多参考。

     

    Abstract: Bone tuberculosis is bone necrosis or bone resorption caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis invading bone through blood and lymphatic system from respiratory tract and digestive tract. At present, the formation of bone tuberculosis is related to human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes and non-HLA genes. Non-HLA genes include vitamin D genes related to bone metabolism, cytokine genes, and transcription factor genes and so on. This article summarized the related researches of non-HLA genes in bone tuberculosis susceptibility in recent years, discussed the significance and controversial content of the existence of non-HLA genes in order to provide reference for the researches of bone tuberculosis.
