1例首发症状足底痛范可尼综合征的思维导图诊断研究

A study on mind mapping for diagnosis of a case of Fanconi syndrome with plantar pain as initial symptom

摘要: 临床可见口服阿德福韦酯引起范可尼综合征的报道。本研究1例患者以足底痛为首发症状, 从发病至确诊时间长达2年，采用思维导图方法行发散性思考，最终确诊该病例为药源性范可尼综合征。本文分析患者长期未被确诊的因素，为临床医生降低误诊率提供指导。

Abstract: Fanconi syndrome caused by oral taken of adefovir dipivoxil has been reported in clinic. This paper reported a case with plantar pain as the initial symptom, and was finally diagnosed as drug induced Fanconi syndrome through 2 years from onset to diagnosis by divergent thinking based on mind mapping method. This paper analyzed the factors that patient had not been diagnosed for a long time, so as to provide guidance for clinicians to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
