摘要

摘要: 切口痒是一种手术切口愈合过程中出现的瘙痒症状。搔抓反应会使伤口进一步恶化, 引起周围组织损伤、愈合延迟等问题，对患者术后生活质量和心理健康产生负面影响。本研究通过检索分析切口痒的临床病例，总结切口痒的人群特征、发生部位、持续时程和瘙痒程度，归纳当前切口痒的治疗措施，为切口痒的临床研究和治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Incision itching is a kind of itching symptom in the process of surgical incision healing. Scratching reaction will further worsen the wound, induce the problems such as peripheral tissue injury and delayed healing, which will cause negative impacts on the postoperative quality of life and mental health of patients. By searching and analyzing the clinical cases of incision itching, this study summarized the population characteristics, location, duration and degree of incision itching, concludes the current treatment measures for incision itching, and provided reference for the clinical research and treatment of incision itching.
