基质细胞衍生因子-1在骨质疏松中的作用机制研究进展

  • 摘要: 基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)是CXC类趋化因子亚家族的一名成员,又称为趋化因子基质衍生因子(CXCL12)。SDF-1是一种由89个氨基酸组成的小蛋白质,带有2个半胱氨酸残基,中间有1个氨基酸;其编码序列位于10q11.1,开放编码270 bp,在细胞增殖、免疫调节、迁移、侵袭、血管生成、免疫逃避和炎症微环境中起着至关重要的作用。CXCL12可通过不同调节轴及与不同的miRNA相互作用影响干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞的生长,从而在骨质疏松中发挥作用。

     

    Abstract: Stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) is a member of CXC chemokine subfamily, and also known as CXC chemokine ligand-12 (CXCL12). SDF-1 is a small protein composed of 89 amino acids, with 2 cysteine residues and 1 amino acid in the middle; its coding sequence is located in 10q11.1, its open code is 270 bp, and it plays a crucial role in cell proliferation, immune regulation, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, immune escape and inflammatory microenvironment. CXCL12 can affect the growth of stem cells, osteoblasts and osteoclasts through different regulatory axes and interactions with different miRNAs, which plays a role in osteoporosis.
