Abstract:
Rehabilitation after hip arthroplasty plays an important role in restoring functional activities of lower limbs and self-care ability in elderly patients. Telemedicine has unique advantages in real-time monitoring of rehabilitation training, timely identification and early warning of abnormal movement, and improving the quality of prognosis of patients. This paper analyzed the application trend, current situation and strategy of telemedicine in home rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip replacement, compared the advantages and disadvantages of remote video consultation, intelligent device application, remote virtual rehabilitation system and remote intelligent robot system, and put forward application strategies suitable for telemedicine in order to provide reference basis for better playing the role of telemedicine in home rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip replacement.
