Application effect of 3R intensive nursing in elderly patients with psychosis

    目的  分析医护家属多方配合的3R(往事记忆提取、记忆空间定位和记忆再激发)强化护理在老年精神病患者中的应用效果。

    Abstract:
Objective  To analyze the effect of 3R (reminiscence, reality and remotivation) intensive nursing with the multi-cooperation of medical and family members in elderly patients with psychosis.
Methods  A total of 80 elderly patients with psychosis were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the observation group was given 3R intensive nursing based on multi-cooperation of medical and family members on the basis of the control group. Cognitive function, mental state, self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.
Results  After intervention, the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Wechsler Memory Scale and self-management ability scores in two groups were significantly higher than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). After intervention, mental status scores (negative, positive and general psychopathological symptoms) and quality of life scores (psychological, symptom/side reaction and motivation/energy) in two groups were significantly lower than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
Conclusion  3R intensive nursing with the multi-cooperation of medical and family members can effectively improve cognitive function, self-management ability and quality of life of elderly patients with psychosis, and improve their mental state.
