Effects of Danshen polyphenolate combined with edaravone on cognition, cerebral artery pulse index and serum visinin like protein-1 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要:目的
探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者认知功能、脑动脉搏动指数(PIMCA)及血清视锥蛋白样蛋白-1(VILIP-1)水平的影响。
方法选取88例ACI患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为单药组和联合组,每组44例。单药组采用依达拉奉治疗,联合组采用依达拉奉联合注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,观察并比较2组患者的疗效、认知功能、PIMCA和血清VILIP-1水平。
结果联合组治疗总有效率为81.82%,高于单药组的54.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、反应性探索评分(RSS)、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分均高于治疗前,且联合组高于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组PIMCA、血清VILIP-1水平均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论相较于单用依达拉奉,注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合依达拉奉对ACI患者的治疗效果更好,能有效改善患者认知功能,降低PIMCA及血清VILIP-1水平。
Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Danshen polyphenolate combined with edaravone on cognitive function, cerebral artery pulse index(PIMCA) and serum trypanoprotein-like protein-1 (VILIP-1) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).
MethodsA total of 88 patients with ACI were selected as study objects. The patients were divided into single drug group (n=44) and combination group (n=44) according to random number table method. The single drug group was treated with edaravone, and the combination group was treated with edaravone combined with salvianolic acid for injection. The efficacy, cognitive function, PIMCA and serum VILIP-1 levels of the two groups were observed and compared.
ResultsThe overall effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that of the single drug group (81.82% versus 54.55%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA), Reactivity Exploration Scale (RSS) and Simple Mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) in two groups were higher than before treatment, and the combination group was higher than the single drug group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PIMCA and serum VILIP-1 in two groups were lower than before treatment, and the combination group was lower than the single drug group (P < 0.05).
ConclusionCompared with edaravone alone, salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate injection combined with edaravone has a better therapeutic effect in ACI patients, which can effectively improve the patients' cognition, reduce PIMCA and serum VILIP-1 levels.
