脑血管病患者血清SOD-1含量的测定

DETERMINATION OF SOD-1 CONTENT IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASES

  • 摘要: 对106例脑血栓形成和34例脑出血患者应用RIA法测定血清SOD-1含量,结果均降低,与病程无关,说明脑血管病虽然性质不同,但具有共同的病理效应,均存在着自由基损伤和脂质过氧化,因此补充外源性SOD和给予自由基清除剂必将有利于减轻脑损伤。不同病期内血清SOD-1含量无差异,提示可能原来就存在自由基代谢的异常,对有危险因素者及在患病后较长期服用抗自由基药物者可以预防发病。

     

    Abstract: The SOD- 1 contents in the serum of 106 cases with cerebral thrombosis and 34 cases with cerebral hemorrhage were determined with RIA. The results showed that all contents decreased and had nothing to do with the course of disease. These suggest that the cerebrovascular diseaes have the same pathologic effect of free radical injury and lipid peroxidation though their nature is different. Thus the supplied exogenous SOD and free radical scavenge will lighten the cerebral injury. The contents of SOD- 1 in serum in different courses have no difference. It suggests there existed the abnormallty of free radical metabolism, and those with dangerous factors and takin anti-free radical drugs in long term can protect recurrence.
