Abstract:
Objective: To provide theoretical basis for basie level hospitals to generalize, chooseand apply the techniques of non - intervene fetal monitor better, to further improve perinatal fetus progno-sis and decrease perinatal fetus mortality - rate. Methods: To study and synthetically evaluate the value ofmulti - parameter nonintervene fetal monitors in prediciting the prognosis of Perinatal fetus, those monitorsare counting fetal movement by pregnancy woman (FM), electronic monitoring of fetal heart rate (such asNST. CST .OCT), biological physical score (BPS), fetal umbilical artery blood flow graph (systolic todiastolic ratio S/D). Amniotic fluid index (AFI), fetal electrocardiogram (FECG), estriol to creatinineratio of urine (urine E/C), et al. Reslts: The positive predictive value in single monitor was 52. 4O%.Among those monitors the comparative higher Positive value was S/D which was 84. 21 %, NST 78.57%, CST73. 56% and OCT 67. 64 %. Combinging any two of them, the positive predictive value was(82. 17% ). The positive predictive value in combing three of them was 93. 33%. The difference ofpositive predictive value between single monitor and multi - monitor was significant. Conclusion: It is theimporant point in improving perinatal prognosis by using multi - monitor test along with correct and promptdealings.
