体外受精─胚胎移植术早产儿处理初探(附6例报告)

PRIMARY STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF PREMATURE INFANT BY IN VIRTRO FERTILIZATION-EMBRYO TRANS PLANTATION (IVF-ET)

摘要: 目的：初步探讨体外受精-胚胎移植术早产儿处理。方法：对体外受精-胚胎移植术出生的6例早产儿，进行严密监护，加强护理，仔细观察病情变化，予以相应对症处理。结果：6例早产儿均顺利度过围产期。结论：体外受精-胚胎移植术的早产儿经严密监护，加强护理与及时治疗，可使其顺利度过围产期。

Abstract: Ohjectve: To primarily detect the treatment of premature infant by IVF - ET. Methods: 6 premature infants by IVF - ET were monitored intensively, strengthened to nurse, carefully observed and made expectant treatment. Results: The 6 premature infants all successfully overpassed perinatal stage. Conclusion: By being monitored intensively, strengthened to nurse, and treated immediately,premature imfant by IVF - ET may successfully overpass perinatal stage
