Abstract: Objective:To study clinical value of radiocystitis therapy with thrombin intra-bladder perfusion. Methods:37 cases of radiocystitis were trented with thrombin intra-bladder perfusion since 1998.Results:The urine of 31 cases was clear after intra-bladder perfusion in 24 hours ,3 cases clear in 48～72 hours, 2 cases clear over 72 hours, 1 case changed to an operation.Conclusion:It was claimed that radiocystitis therapy with thrombin intra-bladder perfusion was safe,simple and had a satisfactory result.
