拉米夫定治疗32例慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效观察

OBSERVING THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF LAMIVUDINE TREATMENT IN 32 CASES OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

摘要: 目的 :观察拉米夫定 (Lamivudine)对慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法 :对 3 2例慢性乙肝患者给予拉米夫定口服 ,连续1年 ,观察其疗效。结果 :服药至 1年时HBeAg转阴率 4 5% ,HBVDNA转阴率 89% ,ALT复常率 87%。结论 :拉米夫定对慢性乙肝有较好的疗效 ,值得临床推广应用

Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lamivudine treatment in chronic hepatitis B. Methods:32 cases of chronic hepatitis B were abserved in taking Lamivudine orally 150～75mg per day one year or more.Result: After one year's treatment,the response rate of HBeAg was 45%,HBV DNA response rate was 89%,and the ALT normalization rate was 87%. Conclusion: The effect of Lamivudine on in chronic hepatitis B is fairly good.
