Abstract: Objetve:To establish the qulity markers on the drug sera of anti-fibrosis compond priscription(ACP) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Methods:By a RP-HPLC method,four Danshen ingredients in the ACP solution and the rat sera were determined.Results:The HPLC peaks of Danshensu and Lithospermate B in the ACP solution and the rat serum were reproducible clearly.Conclusion:Danshensu and Lithospermate B could be regarded as useful markers to monitor the drug sera of ACP.
