止痛胶囊对大鼠镇痛作用的实验研究

摘要: 目的 :探讨止痛胶囊对于大鼠的镇痛作用及其机理。方法 :采用光热刺激鼠尾—逃避法 (Tailflicktest)测定大鼠痛阈。结果 :止痛胶囊能剂量依赖性地提高大鼠光热刺激鼠尾—逃避法的痛阈 ;纳洛酮能部分翻转止痛胶囊的镇痛作用。结论 :止痛胶囊具有镇痛作用 ,其镇痛作用可能涉及阿片受体Abstract: Objective:To inquire into the analgesic effect on hamster with ZHENTONG JIAONANG (pain-alleviated capsule) and its mechanism. Method:Tail flick test was used to determinate pain thresholds of hamster.Results: ①ZHENTONG JIAONANG could raise thresholds of hamster dependently by method of tail flick test;②Naloxone could partly bend back analgesic effect of ZHENTONG JIAONANG.Conclusion:ZHENTONG JIAONANG has the analgesic effect which is probably related to opium receptor.
