Nursing for oral infection in acute leukemia patients with chemotherapy

摘要: 目的 观察循证护理模式对急性白血病患者化疗所致口腔感染的预防效果。 方法 选取本院接受化疗的急性白血病患者120例,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用循证护理。比较2组患者干预后第2、4、6、8、10天的口腔pH值及口腔感染发生率。 结果 干预后第8、10天,观察组口腔pH值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组干预后口腔感染率13.33%, 低于对照组的30.00%, 口腔愈合时间(4.79±1.11)d, 短于对照组的(10.23±2.41)d, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 循证护理预防急性白血病患者化疗后口腔感染的效果良好,可纠正口腔pH值,降低口腔感染率,缩短溃疡愈合时间。Abstract: Objective To observe the preventive effect of evidence-based nursing on oral infection caused by chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia. Methods A total of 120 acute leukemia patients with chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. The oral pH values on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th day after intervention and the incidence of oral infection were compared between the two groups. Results On the 8th and 10th day after intervention, oral pH values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the oral infection rate in the observation group was 13.33%, which was significantly lower than 30.00% in the control group(P<0.05). The oral healing time was(4.79±1.11)days in the observation group, which was significantly shorter than(10.23±2.41)days in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective in preventing oral infection after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia, which can correct oral pH value, reduce oral infection rate and shorten healing time of ulcer.
