Research progress on prevention and treatment of early-onset colorectal cancer

  • 摘要:

    目前早发性结直肠癌(< 50岁)的发病率和致死率呈上升趋势, 患者多存在诊断即晚期、治疗效果不佳、预后差等特点。本综述回顾国内外关于早发性结直肠癌的发病机制、危险因素、临床特征、最新筛查手段方面的研究,探讨早期筛查在早发性结直肠癌防治中的重要性,以期为早发性结直肠癌的防治工作提供依据。

    Abstract:

    At present, the incidence rate and mortality of early-onset colorectal cancer (< 50 years old) are on the rise, and the most patients have the characteristics of diagnosis with advanced stage, poor therapeutic effect and prognosis. This paper reviewed researches at home and abroad on the pathogenesis, risk factors, clinical characteristics, and latest screening methods of early-onset colorectal cancer, explored the importance of early screening in the prevention and treatment of early-onset colorectal cancer in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of early-onset colorectal cancer.
