缺血预处理对沙土鼠前脑缺血后海马CA1区延迟性神经元死亡的影响

THE EFFECTS OF ISCHEMIC PRECONDITIONING ON HIPPOCAMPAL CA1 DELAYED NEURONAL DEATH IN GERBILS AFTER FOREBRAIN ISCHEMIA

  • 摘要: 目的:研究缺血预处理对沙土鼠前脑缺血后海马CA1区延迟性神经元死亡的影响.方法:沙土鼠前脑缺血再灌注模型:阻断双侧颈总动脉5min,然后松开;沙土鼠缺血预处理模型:在5min缺血前2d行1或2次2min缺血.30只沙土鼠随机分为假手术组(Sh组),缺血组(Is组),预处理组(Po组),缺血预处理1组(Ip1组),缺血预处理2组(IP2组).末次缺血后第7d用组织学检查海马CA1区存活的锥体细胞数.结果:缺血预处理能明显减少沙土鼠前脑缺血后海马CA1区锥体细胞死亡的数目,且2次缺血预处理的保护效果优于1次缺血预处理.结论:缺血预处理能明显减轻沙土鼠前脑缺血后海马CA1区延迟性神经元死亡.
