蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132对Caov-3细胞中NF-κB、CycLinD1表达的影响

The expression of NF-κB、CyclinD1 in Caov-3 cells after using proteasome inhibitor MG132

  • 摘要: 目的 研究蛋白酶体抑制剂MG132用药前后卵巢癌细胞株Caov-3细胞内NF-κB、CycLinD1表达情况.方法 通过细胞培养和免疫组化SP法测定用药前后Caov-3细胞中NF-κB、CycLinD1的表达情况.结果 免疫组化结果显示MG132作用24h后Caov-3细胞中NF-κB、CycLinD1表达均下调,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),药物作用组各组间两两比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论 MG132能诱导卵巢癌细胞Caov-3凋亡、抑制其增长,其机制可能与NF-κB、CycLinD1表达抑制有关.
