3例PICC术后出现Ⅲ度渗血的原因分析及护理对策探讨

Causes analysis and discussion of nursing on grade Ⅲ blood oozing in three patients with peripherally inserted central catheter

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨3例PICC术后24 h内出现Ⅲ度渗血的原因及护理对策.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法,对2010年1月～11月在本科置管出现Ⅲ度渗血的病例进行分析,总结导致渗血的原因.结果 发现渗血的发生与患者的因素、医护的因素及置管后管理的因素等原因有关.结论 应根据发生渗血的原因制定相应护理对策,降低渗血的发生率.
