86例关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的功能锻炼护理

Nursing of function exercise for 86 patients with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的护理.方法 选择因膝关节前交叉韧带损伤住院的患者,根据临床特点,在围术期进行针对性护理措施.结果 86例患者术后均获随访,随访时间3～15个月,平均12个月,Lysholm膝关节评分,膝关节活动度可达0～100°.结论 通过严密的观察和采取有效的护理措施,提高了患者的生活质量,减少了并发症发生.
