肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合热疗及三维适形放疗对原发性肝癌的临床疗效分析

Analysis on clinical effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with hyperthermia and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy on primary liver cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合体外微波热疗和三维适形放疗(3D-CRT)对原发性肝癌的临床疗效.方法 将76例原发性肝癌患者随机分为2组:治疗组39例,接受TACE+ 3DCRT+体外微波热疗；对照组37例,接受TACE+体外微波热疗.比较2组患者近期疗效、生存率及毒副反应的差异.结果 治疗组有效率以及1、2年生存率显著高于对照组,2组毒副反应无显著差异.结论 对于中晚期原发性肝癌患者,TACE联合体外微波热疗以及3D-CRT可明显提高疗效,且毒副作用可耐受.
