2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平及相关因素分析

Analysis on the level of serum homocysteine of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and its relative factors

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及相关因素.方法 将本院收治的40例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为糖尿病合并脑梗死组,40例脑梗死非糖尿病患者为脑梗死组.采用荧光偏振免疫分析法检测2组患者血清中Hcy水平,采用放射免疫法检测血清中叶酸及维生素B12浓度.自动生化分析仪测定患者空腹血糖浓度、C反应蛋白水平.结果 糖尿病合并脑梗死组患者血清Hcy水平明显低于脑梗死组；Hcy与年龄、平均动脉压呈显著正相关；Hcy与C反应蛋白、叶酸、维生素B12呈显著负相关.结论 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者存在Hcy代谢异常,叶酸、平均动脉压、维生素B12等与Hcy异常有关.
