Nursing intervention for the patients with carotid endarterectomy in the perioperative period

  • 摘要: 目的 总结颈动脉内膜切除术患者围术期的护理干预经验.方法 回顾性分析总结18例颈动脉内膜切除术患者术前准备以及术后病情观察、切口护理、基础护理要点,评价围术期的护理措施.结果 18例患者出院时症状均得以不同程度改善,复查颈动脉超声示颈动脉通畅程度良好.结论 预见性地为患者提供全面、个性化、专业化的护理能有效预防和减少术后并发症,提高手术效果,最大限度提高患者的生活质量.
