自主躯体平移在髋关节置换患者翻身中的应用体会

Application of autonomous body translation in the turning movement of patients with hip replacement

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨自主躯体平移在髋关节置换患者翻身中的作用.方法 将60例髋部骨折患者随机分为传统组和改良组,传统组采用传统方式进行翻身,改良组采用自主躯体平移法翻身.结果 改良组翻身效果优于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 自主躯体平移翻身可以增加患者的舒适度,降低肺部感染的发病率.
