Nursing of postoperative complications of respiratory system in patients aged 75 and above with off-pump coronary aortic bypass grafting

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨75岁及以上患者非体外循环冠状动脉旁路术(OPCABG)术后呼吸系统的护理特点.方法 回顾性分析135例75岁及以上OPCABG患者的临床资料,对呼吸系统术后常见并发症的原因及护理进行分析探讨.结果 呼吸系统并发症是高龄患者OPCABG术后常见病、多发病,135例高龄患者术后呼吸系统并发症发生率高达81.5％,院内死亡6例均为呼吸系统严重并发症,病死率4.4％.结论 高龄患者OPCABG术后呼吸系统并发症的护理是术后护理的重点,对于患者顺利康复起着关键性的作用.
