The application of double cavity and high pressure-endured PICC combined with Melodic hour chemotherapy pump on terminal gastrointestinal tumor and its nursing

  • 摘要: 目的 总结耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵在晚期胃肠道肿瘤化疗中的应用及护理.方法 23例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵,用于持续泵入化疗药物.结果 23例晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者应用耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵顺利,未发生并发症,减轻了化疗的毒副作用,同时提高了化疗患者在化疗期间的生活质量,取得了满意的疗效.结论 耐高压双腔PICC配合Melodie时辰化疗泵安全,提高了药物疗效,同时减轻护理人员的工作量并得到患者的欢迎.
