急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血清尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白及脂蛋白(a)的关系

Relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and serum uric acid,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and lipoprotein (a)in patients with acute cerebral infarction

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸(SUA)、高敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脂蛋白(LP)(a)与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法选取64例急性脑梗死患者,根据彩色多普勒超声(CDU)检测结果将颈动脉粥样硬化的程度分为 A 组、B 组及 C 组。分别测定 SUA、hs-CRP 及 LP(a)在各组血清中的浓度变化,对其结果进行统计分析。结果随着内膜中层厚度增加, SUA、hs-CRP 及 LP(a)水平相应升高,3组间比较差异有统计学意义。B、C 组患者 SUA 与 hs-CRP、LP(a)呈显著正相关;hs-CRP 与 LP(a)呈显著正相关。结论急性脑梗死患者 SUA、hs-CRP 及 LP(a)水平变化与颈动脉粥样硬化程度呈正相关,3者之间相互作用参与促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and serum uric acid (SUA),high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP)and lipoprotein (LP)(a)in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods According to the carotid atherosclerosis degrees de-tected by color doppler ultrasound (CDU),64 patients with ACI were divided into groups A,group B and group C.The changes of SUA,hs-CRP and LP(a)concentrations were respectively detected and analyzed in all the groups.Results With the increasing of intima-media thickness,the levels of SUA,hs-CRP and LP(a)went up,and there were significant differences among the three groups. In group B and group C,SUA was positively associated with hs-CRP and LP(a),and hs-CRP was positively associated with LP(a).Conclusion The levels of SUA,hs-CRP and LP(a)are positive-ly associated with carotid atherosclerosis degrees in patients with ACI,and their mutual action par-ticipates in the formation and progression of atherosclerosis.
