The discussion on the effect of high quality nursing intervention on psychological state and the quality of life in patients with metabolic syndrome

摘要: 目的：探讨优质护理对代谢综合征患者心理状态、领悟社会支持能力及生活质量的影响。方法将代谢综合征患者150例随机分成2组，各75例，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组行优质护理，比较2组患者的心理状态、领悟社会支持能力及生活质量。结果干预后，观察组焦虑评分低于对照组、自尊评分高于对照组、领悟社会支持评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；干预后观察组生活质量各项指标改善优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．01或P ＜0．05）。结论优质护理对代谢综合征患者具有显著效果，可有效改善患者心理状况及生活质量，临床应用价值显著。Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on psycho-logical state and the quality of life in patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods 150 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 75 cases in each.The control group was given the routine nursing method while the observation group received high quality nursing.Psychological state,understanding ability of social support and the quality of life of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results After the intervention,anxiety score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and score of self-esteem scale and understanding score of social support in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Af-ter the intervention,the improvement of indicators of quality of life in observation group was better than that in the control group ,thus ,the difference statistically significant (P < 0 .0 1 or P <0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has significant effect for patients with the metabolic syn-drome.It can effectively improve the patient’s psychological status and quality of life,so it is wor-thy of clinical application.
