顺铂周疗方案与紫杉醇脂质体同步放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的临床效果比较

Effect comparison between weekly cisplatin chemotherapy and paclitaxel liposome plus concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with middle and advanced cervical cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 对比紫杉醇脂质体与顺铂周疗方案同步放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果.方法 选取98例中晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为对照组(顺铂周疗联合放疗)和观察组(紫杉醇脂质体周疗联合放疗).比较2组患者的治疗结果.结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.92％,对照组为91.84％.观察组患者的骨髓抑制、过敏反应、脱发、胃肠道反应、肌肉关节酸痛的发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在中晚期宫颈癌的治疗中,紫杉醇脂质体与顺铂周疗方案同步放疗的疗效相当,但紫杉醇脂质体的毒副反应更小,安全性较高.
