分体式输尿管软镜钬激光治疗肾输尿管上段2 cm以上结石的疗效评估

Effect evaluation of split-type ureteroscopic holmium laser in the treatment of patients with calculus more than 2 cm in the upper ureteral segment of kidney

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨分体式输尿管软镜钬激光治疗2 cm以上肾输尿管上段结石的疗效.方法 回顾性分析110例肾及输尿管上段结石患者的临床相关资料.手术前2周所有患者留置双J管,而后进行输尿管软镜下钬激光粉碎结石并取出.结果 全部手术都置鞘成功、碎石,无输尿管穿孔、剥脱.平均手术时间51.21 min;一次手术91例,二次手术13例,三次手术4例,四次手术2例.术后2个月结石清除率达91％.结论 应用输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗2cm以上的肾以及输尿管上半段的结石安全有效.
