桂枝茯苓丸与米非司酮联合治疗在改善子宫肌瘤患者血液流变学指标的价值

Value of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with mifepristone in improving hemorheological indexes of patients with uterine fibroid

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨桂枝茯苓丸与米非司酮配合治疗在改善子宫肌瘤患者血液流变学指标的应用价值.方法 选取77例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为2组.对照组(n=38)单纯应用米非司酮治疗,研究组(n=37)应用桂枝茯苓丸与米非司酮配合治疗.比较2组整体治疗有效率、血液流变学指标.结果 研究组整体治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗前,2组患者全血粘度、血浆黏度以及血小板凝聚率比较均无显著差异(P＞0.05);治疗后,研究组以上指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 桂枝茯苓丸与米非司酮配合在改善子宫肌瘤患者血液流变学指标方面的应用价值显著.
