柴芍承气汤联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎及对肠黏膜屏障功能的影响

Effect of Chaishao Chengqi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and its influence on intestinal mucosal barrier function

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨柴芍承气汤联合西药早期干预对急性胰腺炎(AP)炎症反应及肠道黏膜屏障功能的影响.方法 采用随机平行对照方法将160例住院AP患者按随机数字表分为2组,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,柴芍承气汤组在西药治疗基础上联合采用柴芍承气汤早期鼻饲,治疗7d,比较2组患者的炎症反应、症状改善情况和肠道黏膜屏障功能恢复指标.结果 柴芍承气汤组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,相关观察指标结果显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 柴芍承气汤联合西药早期治疗能有效抑制AP炎症反应,促进肠黏膜屏障功能恢复,减少并发症发生.
