Effect of multi-mode analgesia based on fast track surgery concept on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with laparoscopic surgery

    Abstract:
Objective  To investigate the effect of multi-mode analgesia based on fast track surgery (FTS) on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with laparoscopic surgery.
Methods  A total of 112 patients with laparoscopic surgery in the hospital were selected, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 56 cases in each group. Control group was given routine analgesia, and observation group was given multi-mode analgesia based on FTS. The rehabilitation effect, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores, complications were compared between two groups.
Results  The feeding time, exhaust time, off-bed activity time, defecation time, length of hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P < 0.05); the VAS scores, PSQI scores and the total incidence of complications at 12, 24 and 72 h after surgery in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  Multi-mode analgesia based on FTS for patients with laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve rehabilitation effect, decrease pain degree and the incidence of complications, and increase sleep quality.
