血脂生化检验中的分级检验方法与拉网式检验的比较研究

Grading test method versus trawl test in detection of biochemical indicators of blood lipid

      目的  比较拉网式检验与分级检验法在血脂生化检验中的应用价值。
      方法  选取42例患者, 分别采用拉网式检验与分级检验法进行血脂生化指标的检测,比较两种检验方式检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平的差异,比较两种检验方式下各项指标检测阳性率和漏检率。
      结果  分级检验法检测TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平高于拉网式检验, LDL-C水平低于拉网式检验,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。分级检验法对TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB的检测结果阳性率显著高于拉网式检验(P < 0.05)。分级检验法漏检率显著低于拉网式检验(P < 0.05)。
      结论  在血脂生化检验中,应用分级检验法可明显提高检验结果的准确性,降低漏检率。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To compare the value of trawl test and grading test in detection of biochemical indicators of blood lipid.
      Methods  A total of 42 patients were conducted with trawl test and grading test respectively for detection of biochemical indicators of blood lipid. The differences of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) levels were compared between the two methods, and the positive detection rate and missed detection rate for each index were compared as well.
      Results  The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoA and ApoB by grading test were significantly higher, and the level of LDL-C was significantly lower than that by trawl test (P < 0.05). The positive detection rates of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA and ApoB by grading test were significantly higher than those by trawl test (P < 0.05). The missed detection rate by grading test was significantly lower than that by trawl test (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  In the biochemical test of blood lipid, the application of grading test can obviously improve the accuracy of test results and reduce the missed detection rate.
